We use Paypal as our payment gateway. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted by Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to make payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes. We do ship internationally.

We use SingPost for most local and international shipping. We may use other courier services as it deems fit.

We do make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. All orders received before 11:00am (+8GMT) Monday – Friday are processed within 2 business days upon successful payment and address verification. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.  

We will process the order within 2 - 3 business days. That means within 2 - 3 business days, your order will be hand over to the delivery courier. The following table shows the delivery time frame provided by SingPost. You may also refer to www.SingPost.com for more information.

*   Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered, air and surface mail services.
** Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
** Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.
** Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
** Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
** For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
** Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
+ The sailing/transit time is based on the Surface Mail Dispatch Schedule.

We encourage every customer to use a registered mail service to track your order. For orders with registered mail service, we will email you the tracking number once your order is processed. For orders with normal mail service, regretfully, there is no way to track the delivery status.

To ensure you receive the items in good order and condition, we carefully checked each item before dispatch and packaged well to avoid damage during transit. If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a snapshot of the parcel you received. Return the item to us within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure you return the item in the original packaging, unused and unopened. To be eligible for an exchange, please refer to our exchange, return and refund policy.

Product and Availability

You may find the measurement of the item in the product description. As with all handmade items, do allow a margin of 1-2 cm difference. If you are particular in getting the exact size, do feel free to contact us before order.

Yes. Feel free to place a back order and we will get back in touch on its availability. However, as with all handmade items and their limited quantity, we may not be able to reproduce them once it is out of stock.

Refund, Exchange and Return

Regretfully, we don't accept return, exchange and refund for personalized, customized items and items bought on sale. You may find more information on our exchange, refund and return policy here.

Please notify us via email within 48 hours and return the item back to us within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging, with the tag on, in an unwashed and unused condition. If we do not have the item you want, we will refund in credit voucher for you to purchase other items in the store. Please note that we are unable to accept refund, exchange and return for personalized orders and sale items. You may find more information on our exchange, refund and return policy here.
