Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We try our best to provide as much information as possible to help you make informed decision before your purchase. We provide the measurements for each item to help you identify the right size. To ensure you receive the items in good order and condition, we carefully checked each item before dispatch and packaged well to avoid damage during transit.

If you are not satisfied with what you received, we will accept return, refund and exchange reasonably. However, because of the nature of handmade goods and limited quantity, there could be circumstances we can’t fulfill your needs. We hope to seek your kind understanding in this matter.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received wrong item(s).

Because of the nature of these items, we strictly can’t accept refund, returns and exchange for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items
  • Item returned without attached tag, not in original packaging and condition
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Return

If your order is damage upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours and return within 7 days of the notification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received wrong item(s).

Exchange(If Applicable)

If you would prefer another size, you can send us an email within 7 days of purchase and return the item back to us within 14 days. State on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received wrong item(s).

Refund(If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 21 days.
