Shipping & Returns
All Noss pieces are made to order, so please allow 7-14 days for me to create it.
I ship from my studio in Stockholm. When your piece is finished, it will reach you within 2-5 business days if it doesn't say otherwise.
- Shipping to Sweden is 69 SEK
- Shipping in Europe is 95 SEK (Cirka €8-9 depending on current official rate)
I currently do not ship outside of Europe, but I'm working on setting up a solution for worldwide shipping. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live outside of Europe and want a Noss piece, and I will try to make it happen for you!
- You have 14 days to return or exchange an order after receiving it. Contact me and I will help you further.
- After we receive the parcel I will refund your item(s) back to the original payment method.
- Note that items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com
